Welcome to TILT: Galaxy Alien Shooter. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your download, installation, and use of TILT: Galaxy Alien Shooter. By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or play the game.

1. License to Use

Moodie Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and play TILT: Galaxy Alien Shooter solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible mobile devices that you own or control.

This license does not convey any ownership rights or intellectual property title in or to the game.

2. Eligibility & Platform Terms

You must comply with all terms, rules, and age requirements established by your device platform's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) to download and play TILT: Galaxy Alien Shooter.

If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the game.

3. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

TILT: Galaxy Alien Shooter provides optional in-app purchases.

Fuel Cells are the virtual currency used within the game:

• Fuel Cells can be earned through gameplay (such as the daily spin wheel) or acquired through optional in-app purchases.
• Fuel Cells are consumable virtual items designed solely for gameplay progression, such as unlocking abilities and upgrading tactical slots.
• Fuel Cells have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, refunded, exchanged, or converted into real money, goods, or services.
• Fuel Cells cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to other users or accounts.
• All purchases are handled directly and securely through your platform store (Apple App Store or Google Play). Moodie Studio does not collect or store financial credentials.
• Except as required by mandatory consumer law or the applicable platform store refund policy (such as Apple or Google Play refund policies), all in-app purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Gameplay & Device Safety Notice

TILT: Galaxy Alien Shooter is played using touch-and-move controls (touch and hold to steer the player ship).

• Player Responsibility: You are solely responsible for exercising caution, maintaining a secure hold on your mobile device, and remaining aware of your physical surroundings at all times while playing.
• Device Damage Disclaimer: Moodie Studio is not liable or responsible for any damage to your mobile device, including but not limited to device drops, cracked screens, casing damage, scratches, liquid damage, or hardware malfunction occurring during or in connection with playing the game.
• Physical Safety: Please take regular breaks and avoid excessive continuous play. Stop playing immediately if you experience eye strain, dizziness, fatigue, or discomfort.

5. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

To preserve a fair and balanced experience for all players, you agree not to:

• Hack, modify, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the game.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended vulnerabilities for gameplay or competitive advantage.
• Use third-party bots, automation scripts, memory editors, or cheat software.
• Manipulate or tamper with leaderboard scores, achievements, or save files.
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with security features or payment verification systems.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate score removal, suspension from leaderboards, forfeiture of virtual items, or restriction of access to online features without prior notice.

6. Leaderboards & Achievements

If you participate in online leaderboards or achievements through Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, your platform gamer profile, username, achievements, and scores may be displayed publicly to other players. Leaderboard entries suspected of cheating, tampering, or abnormal scores may be removed or reset at our discretion.

7. Cloud Synchronization & Saved Data

Game progress is saved locally and synchronized through your platform's cloud service (Apple iCloud or Google Cloud / Google Play Games).

While the game provides cloud synchronization, Moodie Studio does not guarantee that saved progress or virtual items will be permanently uninterrupted or error-free. We encourage players to keep their native platform cloud backup services enabled to protect their save data across devices.

8. Intellectual Property

TILT: Galaxy Alien Shooter, including without limitation all artwork, graphics, animations, visual effects, character designs, spaceship models, sound effects, musical compositions, user interface design, code, logos, and gameplay systems, is the proprietary property of Moodie Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, lease, or create derivative works based upon the game or any of its assets without prior written consent from Moodie Studio.

9. Availability & Updates

Moodie Studio reserves the right to update, modify, balance, or adjust game features, abilities, Fuel Cell values, tactical powers, and content at any time to improve gameplay or fix technical issues.

We do not guarantee that the game or any online features (such as leaderboards or cloud sync) will always be available or uninterrupted.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TILT: Galaxy Alien Shooter is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Moodie Studio makes no warranty that the game will meet your requirements, operate error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moodie Studio and its developers, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to use) TILT: Galaxy Alien Shooter.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of game progress, loss of Fuel Cells or virtual items, device damage or failure, lost profits, personal inconvenience, or service interruptions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages are restricted by law, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license to access the game or its online features if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the game, its players, or Moodie Studio.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. When changes occur, the updated Terms will be made available in the game with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of TILT: Galaxy Alien Shooter following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
