What Nova Burst does
Nova Burst releases an enormous expanding energy sphere outward from your ship. Any enemy projectile that touches the shockwave is vaporized, and enemy ships take massive damage.
It instantly clears everything around you.
How to use Nova Burst
- It's perfect when you're surrounded, since it clears the area around the ship.
- Use it to get out of a corner or break a big attack pattern.
- It deals heavy damage to ships, so it's also a strong opener against a squad.
Upgrading Nova Burst
You can make any power last longer by spending Fuel Cells on it. The first extra second costs 1 Fuel Cell, the second costs 2, and so on up to 5 Fuel Cells per second, which is where the price stays after that. You can also unlock Nova Burst before level 82 by spending 40 Fuel Cells.
