Swarm power guide
A squadron of mini combat drones escorts you and fires at nearby enemies.
What Swarm does
Swarm deploys an autonomous escort squadron of mini combat drones. They follow your movement in formation and automatically target nearby enemies with laser bursts.
Your single ship becomes a coordinated strike squadron for the duration. Note that Swarm is a temporary power. The permanent crafted wingmen are the separate drone companions.
How to use Swarm
- The drones aim themselves, so you can concentrate on movement.
- Fly close to the middle of the action, since they target enemies nearby.
- Good for clearing small enemies while you handle the bigger threat.
Upgrading Swarm
You can make any power last longer by spending Fuel Cells on it. The first extra second costs 1 Fuel Cell, the second costs 2, and so on up to 5 Fuel Cells per second, which is where the price stays after that. You can also unlock Swarm before level 22 by spending 12 Fuel Cells.
